Rajasthan Sampark aims towards providing citizens with a centralized platform where any citizen of the state can lodge his/ her grievances to the respective departments.
It primarily consists of a State level Call Center with integrated web portal which will act as a single point of contact for addressing and redressing various citizen centric queries and grievances related to government services.
Sarkar Aapke Dwar is one of Rajasthan government's campaign-inspecting the facilities there, listing out the grievances in the area and also taking actions against officials who were found to be negligent. This scheme was started by Rajasthan CM Smt Vasundhara Raje from Bikaner Division of state. As part of programme, public hearings and cabinet meetings are held at the divisional level to address people's grievances and take up development issues of the region
The Department of Administrative Reforms and Coordination (ARD) is the nodal agency of the Government of Rajasthan for administrative reforms as well as redressal of public grievances relating to the states in general. The Department coordinates works with other state regarding Administrative Reforms. ARD act as guide to various departments in matters related to transfer policy. Holding Secretaries meeting and Divisional Commissioners meeting.ARD also responsible for surprise inspection of all the heads of the departments
